Do you recycle?

We do and its getting more and more intensive! Recycling was one of the topics of our Earth Day this year. We sorted out waste, learned about managing vermicomposte with Californian earthworms in the classroom, and painted recycled bags to reuse. All these activities were organized by our Upper Elementary students with support of the teachers and one of our mums to educate younger schoolmates. In fact, we start with ecology in early kindergarten. How about you?

Mother´s and Grandmother´s Day Tea

We love celebrating Mother´s Day. As usual, we spent a traditional IMSP tea celebration with a lovely picnic in our garden gathering together with our special family members. The song full of love from our children couldn't be missed! And how do you celebrate this beautiful day?

Planting of the Tree of Liberty 1918 – 2018

We are proud to join the “Trees of Liberty 1918 – 2018” project which included planting the Czech national tree - the linden - in our school garden.

Earth Day in IMSP

This year´s Earth Day Celebration was all about bees. Why are they so important for nature, how do they live and how do they serve us? Our children learned all of these facts and much more in several entertaining and educational stations focused on games, reading, presentations and creative projects. So much fun!
