Our annual fees are inclusive of all charges pertaining to tuition, which encompasses all resources and equipment (materials, stationery, books, and other tools), field trips, in-house workshops, Elementary overnight trips, events, and more.
The registration fee of 12.000 CZK is due when the Student is first enrolled in the School. It is non-refundable unless the School is unable to provide a place for the Student.

* The school year is divided into three terms: first term is September through December; second term is January through March; third term is April through June.
** Families are only eligible for the 3% Plan E Discount when tuition for 2 full terms is paid in one payment upon enrollment and by January 1st.
An advance deposit payment of one month’s tuition fees, calculated according to your chosen program, is due upon finalizing the Enrollment Contract and will then be deducted from the first tuition payment. This deposit is non-refundable.
Registration Fee is due upon the submission of this contract.
Payment of tuition fees is due by the date determined by this contract and stated on the invoice. Parents assume responsibility for any and all associated bank fees.
Tuition will be prorated based on Studenťs enrollment date for Parents who enroll the Student to the School mid-year. lf the School reserves a spot for the Student for a period between their enrollment date and actual start date, tuition fees are incurred in full during this period.
The School is entitled to claim a contractual penalty for late payment of 0.05% per each day of delay from the outstanding amount. Failure to meet financial obligations in a timely manner may result in suspension of the Student for the period until payment of all due amounts. Upon departure of the Student from the School, academic records will not be released to Parents until all the Studenťs financial obligations toward the School are met in full.
Tuition is not transferable between family members.
Payments may be made to bank account of the School, or in the School‘s Main Office.
Payment plans are only available for selection before their first due date.
